These Terms govern your use of the ScribblePanda website and waitlist provided by ScribblePanda. By joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in ScribblePanda and lets us contact you about early access. It does not guarantee access, a spot in any beta, pricing, or that the product will be released. ScribblePanda is a pre-release product and features may change or be discontinued.

Eligibility

If you are a minor in your region, join only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information and use an email address you are authorized to use.

Communications

By joining the waitlist you ask us to email you when early access opens; this is the service the waitlist provides. Marketing emails, such as tips and product updates, are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or others' information, attempt to disrupt or attack the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The ScribblePanda name, branding, and site content are owned by ScribblePandaand may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScribblePanda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
